Mobilizing Public Access Countywide Transportation Advisory Committee

The Coalition provides the framework for development of this region’s Coordinated Public Transit – Human Services Transportation Plan. As a coalition, we:
• Welcome Public Participation
• Gather input from transportation and human services providers and members of the public
• Identify the transportation needs of individuals with disabilities, older adults, veterans, youth, and people with low-incomes
• Assess the existing transportation resources, needs and service gaps
• Provide strategies for meeting identified local needs
• Prioritize transportation services for funding and implementation
• Maximize the utilization of resources while minimizing duplication of services

What is a Good Faith Effort?

State Law define “good faith effort” by these two conditions:

YVCOG considers good faith effort when evaluating an employer’s level of commitment to achieving CTR goals.

to find solutions that make sense for them!

Employer Taxes

Employers (and property managers) who provide CTR incentives are eligible for a
Washington State tax credit up to $100,000 per fiscal year (50% of the employee’s
benefit cost per fiscal year). No more than $60 per employee may be claimed in the
fiscal year.
