Feasibility Study for East-West Intercity Passenger Rail System in Washington State
The Washington State Legislature directed the Joint Transportation Committee to conduct a high level feasibility analysis of an East-West intercity passenger rail system for Washington State, connecting Seattle with Spokane via the Stampede Pass corridor through Yakima and the Tri-Cities.
