Metropolitan and Regional Transportation Plan
2003-2023
The Yakima Valley Conference of Governments (YVCOG), as lead agency for the Yakima Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) and the Yakima Valley Regional Transportation Organization (RTPO) has issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter WAC 197-11) for the Yakima Valley Metropolitan and Regional Transportation Plan. After review of a completed environmental checklist and the draft plan documents, YVCOG has determined that this plan will not have a probable significant effect on the environment.
