Governing Boards and Advisory Committees

Every month, officials and experts come to the Conference of Governments to learn about the latest trends and data, share best practices, and develop solutions to the region’s major challenges. Elected leaders, police chiefs, housing directors, environmental experts, transportation planners, and more find value in working together at COG.

The Executive Committee is COG’s governing body and is responsible for its overall policies. In addition to this board, a variety of technical, and advisory committees advance COG’s regional work.

Employer Taxes

Employers (and property managers) who provide CTR incentives are eligible for a
Washington State tax credit up to $100,000 per fiscal year (50% of the employee’s
benefit cost per fiscal year). No more than $60 per employee may be claimed in the
fiscal year.
