Meetings and Meeting Materials

Following is a schedule of meetings, along with meeting notices, agendas, handouts and summaries. Meeting materials are available for download for immediately upcoming meetings and for meetings that have already occurred. New meeting documents will be posted on this website as available. Materials from past meetings will remain on the website through completion of the planning process in June 2007. All meetings are open to the public. In addition to the formal meetings scheduled as part of the Plan update, YVCOG staff will provide status reports on the update at other YVCOG meetings as appropriate.

Two public workshops will be held December 12 and 13, in the upper and lower valley.

MPO/RTPO Technical Advisory Committee Meeting

Purpose: provide a status update of the land use forecasts, public participation plan, and planning process.

Meeting Summary:
The status of the update to the regional transportation plan was discussed. The consultant team has received general land use information and is expecting additional information from TAC members. It was noted that the draft Public Participation Plan is available for public review.

MPO/RTPO Technical Advisory Committee Meeting

Purpose: confirm existing transportation services and conditions, identify issues/discrepancies in future land forecasts, report on the refinement of the travel model, review the plan vision, goals and objectives, and define key planning issues.
